One week in Menorca, is it enough?
If your idea is to make a7-day trip to Menorca I assure you that it gives you more than enough time to see the most beautiful places on the island. However, do not be confident because even though the island is tiny, it is only 53 kilometers from end to end, you have to put a little order in the visits, because the island has a lot to see!
DAY 1 - Southern coves + Artrutx lighthouse
Morning:
Start early in Cala Turqueta to avoid parking problems. From there, take a walking route along the Camí de Cavalls to Cala des Talaier (about 45 min) and bring suitable shoes, water and snacks.

Return to the parking and drive to Cala Macarella and Macarelleta (approx. 30 min). Enjoy its turquoise waters and unique landscapes.
Before sunset, drive to the Artrutx lighthouse ( 35 min) to see a spectacular sunset.
Evening:
Return to your accommodation and dine at one of the nearby restaurants. Day successfully completed!
DAY 2 - Unspoiled beaches and hiking
Morning:
Start the day in Cala Mitjana, one of the most accessible and beautiful of the island. From there, follow a hiking route to discover three hidden gems: Trebalúger, Fustam and Escorxada. Perfect for lovers of tranquility and snorkeling.

Return to Cala Mitjana to rest and enjoy the surroundings before returning to your accommodation.
Night:
Finish the day with a dinner in one of the restaurants in the area of Cala Galdana if you feel like dining near a livelier beach or in Ferreries, a charming village in the heart of Menorca.
It is important that you are very clear that you have to make this planning 100% flexible. And why am I telling you this? Because of the winds. If you get a very windy day from the north, the plan is cool for the south and if you get a lot of wind from the south, you will see the paradisiacal coves with waves, little transparency ... and it is not the same. In that case make a northern plan.
