Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt of the product if you are not satisfied for reasons attributable to us, to ensure the best possible experience. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days of receiving the products, so please contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or replacement if requested. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or digital products.

Digital products such as downloadable guides cannot be returned once downloaded, in accordance with Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, if the consumer has given their express consent and waived their right of withdrawal.

How to return an item? Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at info.sweetmenorca@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

What if items are defective or damaged? If you have received defective, incorrect, and/or damaged products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Remember to include your order number, photographs of the items, and any related references when you receive the package, and in accordance with our money-back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

Can I change or cancel my order? If you wish to change your order information within 12 hours of purchase, there will be no charge. Since we ship products as quickly as possible, please verify your information before placing your order. The shipping address can be changed before shipment, but we cannot make any changes once the package has left our warehouse.
